If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, we are here to ensure a smooth and easy process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your YALLAWORLD account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags are intact and the garments are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at your preferred time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
